Any Day Smoothie

2 3/10 oz silken tofu drained

1 ½ cups frozen unsweetened strawberries

½ cup blueberries frozen

1 banana- medium fresh

1 ½ cups fat free milk (or soy milk)

4 Splenda  Packets (not so keen on this…maybe try small amount of honey or molasses to sweeten it up ;-) – Nicole)

Blend all ingredients in the blender until puree until smooth.
