“I have never, ever, ever exercised before. I always thought that I was too out of shape to begin a program. I was tired of letting my size effect every aspect of my life, from getting on rides with my kids at amusement parks, to getting dressed up for an evening out. I knew I needed to do something. When I received the email about the Best Body Challenge, I was nervous but I thought that it might be just what I needed to jump start my way into a fitness program.
Six weeks into the Best Body Challenge I began to LOVE to exercise!!! I had more stamina, my posture was improving, my stress levels were decreasing and I felt more confident. And best of all, the more I exercised, the more I wanted to exercise!!! Nicole is a great motivator and helps everyone work at their own individual ability level. She pushes you to be better than you are, but never compares you to the person next to you.
Exercise and eating right have become big parts of my life. I exercise almost every day now. Walking 3 miles used to be an impossible task, but now I do I with ease 3 to 5 times a week. My strength and stamina have increased tremendously and I find that I wanted to eat healthy, balanced meals. As a result, I have lost 12 pounds and went down FOUR dress sizes! I know that this was a contest against other women, however, I am already a winner! I won the battle that I have been fighting with myself my whole life and have emerged a more healthy, stronger, happier and victorious version of me I used to be! I am sorry that the program is over. I can’t believe how much the Best Body Challenge changed my life!!”
