We like to confuse your body by doing different exercises designed into a Progressive Program so that you will get the results you desire. We are not just dictating what you should do. We are going to teach you the “why” that way you can Empower yourself to continue on your own so you never have to worry about losing weight again!

What sort of results can I expect to achieve from the S.H.A.P.E Method Boot Camp?
The S.H.A.P.E. Method is broken down into three phases.
- Phase One is laying the foundation to get you started on your fitness goals also it is preparing your body for Phase Two.
- Phase Two is the fat burning stage. This is where your body is so primed and your metabolism is in high gear that the fat will just melt off.
- Phase Three is a mainanence program to help you keep the results for the rest of your life.
Besides the body transformation you’ll experience, the biggest achievement is the sense of satisfaction and accomplishment you get from taking care of your health. If you’ve never experienced it, you are in for a real treat, because nothing can make your life more full, rich, balanced and positive than exercise. Stress will be totally controlled, and in some cases, even disappear. Your stamina and strength will increase, your body fat decrease by as much as 3% – 8%, you can lose a minimum of 5lbs – 12lbs, your thighs and tush will firm up, your tummy flatten and that is just for Phase One.
