The Challenge Is On!

The Best Body Challenge is on!  We had a great turnout on Oct 3!  

 We had over 30 people attend and we were able to raise close to $500 in donations to Susan G. Komen for the Cure for Breast Cancer!! 

Some people generously donated much more than the requested $10 donation.  I personally want to send a great big “THANK YOU!” out  for everyone who came to our event.  Supporting research for breast cancer  is something very important to me as my mom is a breast cancer survivor. 

 I hope that everyone participating in the challenge is focused on the big picture.  Your health should be a top priority!  If you are not your best how can you be your best for your family & friends?  Do it for your family.  Do it for your kids.  Do it for yourself! In the words of Nike- “Just Do It!”
