What I Love Hearing…

I just love when the SIU boot campers tell me how much they hate me (or my trainers)!
The grunting and groaning that goes on…
The muttering under their breath when we ask for “5 more”….
The dirty glances we get when we say “Come on! You can hold it just a bit longer!”…
Because then I know we are doing our job. Because after boot camp class, all we hear is…
“Man, that was an awesome class!”
“I can really feel it!”
And the best comment of all “Thank you”.
The people coming to camp are seeing remarkable results. All because we have a proven fitness system and the campers are putting in 100%! It’s such a great union! And I want to say “Thank you!” to everyone who is involved with Shape It Up. From trainers & staff to the people pushing themselves everyday to better their health and fitness. And this is just the beginning!
